"Unfortunately,when making the reservation through freehotelsearch the incorrect rate was given by you to the hotel. It wasn't until I was able to find my confirmation letter from you stating the lower price for the first night, that I was able to get credited back the difference. The hotel explained, that you are only able to quote one price, and that higher price is the price I was charged for both nights."
